T.A.G. Night

TAG is a youth empowerment program that equips youth ages 8-22 with three D’s: Decision Making, Development and Delivery. TAG meets weekly using a community centered approach. Each session, we promote a space where youth are encouraged to SPEAK as adults LISTEN. Sessions are led by a facilitator who presents a topic of concern and youth are provided a space to discuss concerns and ask questions.

Through this approach, we allow youth to explore how to excel in bleak circumstances, turning disadvantages into advantages, and exploring opportunities in their community.

Weekly we explore topics that help to provide education, awareness and outreach in areas that deal with social-economic advancement, cultural enrichment, and financial development.

The program provides youth an opportunity to be able to question their environment and their community while hearing from elders about solutions and options that they can consider as they develop.
